The location was excellent. Just a few minutes from the main station, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean but quite small and dark, which was a bit disappointing. I appreciated the variety of complimentary amenities. Free drinks, snacks, and afternoon tea added real value. The all-you-can-drink access in the lounge was fantastic! The staff was attentive and made the check-in process smooth. The bathtub provided a nice touch for relaxation after a long day, but the breakfast could be improved. limited options made it less enjoyable. A few areas seemed slightly dusty, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

cleaning issues

Rooms felt narrow and could easily get cramped. The nearby smoking room by the dining area sometimes filled the air with a stale smell, especially during meals. The cleaning left room for improvement, with mugs left dirty and beds not properly made. The BBQ setup didn’t impress, and TV channels became unavailable partway through the stay.

staying at bali tower osaka tennoji was a treat! the staff were super friendly and spoke great english. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main train station, making it easy to explore. the free drinks and snacks added a nice touch to our stay. the soaking bath in the room was amazing after a long day out.
